- Uber and LYFT are easily accessible in the area, offering convenient transportation to and from the beach at a reasonable cost. 🚖 - A trolley service operates from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach throughout the day and evening for just $5 per day. To use the trolley during your visit, we recommend downloading the Flamingo & Transit app. 🚃 - Bike & kayak rentals, feel free to contact Mad Beach Surf Shack in Madeira Beach. 🚲

- ‼️TRAVEL INSURANCE: For guests traveling between June 1 & November 30, we HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against flight cancellations or delays. 🌀 - Forget about packing or renting beach gear! We provide guests with towels, beach chairs, a cooler, a beach wagon, & an umbrella. Additionally, there's a big bag of beach toys for the little ones. 🌅 - The washing machine and dryer are discreetly placed in the garage, covering your laundry detergent needs. 🫧 - We do offer a pack-n-pack and stroller. If you need any additional baby or toddler equipment, please do not hesitate to reach out and let us know. 🚼

House Rules: - Please DO NOT spray sunscreen in the house - Please DO NOT flush anything but toilet paper - You may adjust the Nest thermostat between 68-78 degrees. Thank you. - Any smells or signs or smoking will be subject to a $500.00 cleaning fee. - Supervision of children is mandatory at all times when outdoors. - All noise should end by 10:00 P.M. Pet Policy: - Weight limit: 35 lbs. or less. - Pet is prohibited from accessing furniture, particularly the beds, as certain dog hair can be challenging to remove from bedding. - Guests are required to clean up after their dog by bagging and disposing of waste in the outdoor garbage. - Prior to entering the unit, please ensure your dog is clean, with no muddy, wet, or sandy paws. - By confirming your reservation, guests acknowledge and accept that Sunshine Escapes IRB reserves the right to charge for any damages, additional cleaning needs, or flea treatments resulting from the presence or behavior of the dog. - Dogs are not allowed on Maderia Beach! Please respect that rule. - Kindly check the outdoor area for any dog waste before your departure. If dog waste is found, you can be charged an additional $50.00. - We take pride in offering a pristine and secure accommodation. Kindly treat our property with the same care as you would your own.
